Compliance Information

For more than 20 years, Timberwolf Products has been supplying quality imprinted drinkware and promotional products through authorized promotional product distributors.

As a decorator of drinkware and promotional products, we firmly believe in supplying all available information from the manufacturers of the items we decorate. We have assembled all of this data in the attached .PDF document. You will find attached: Material Safety Data Sheets on the inks, Ink CPSIA Conformity Statement, Colorant Conformity Statement, Plastic FDA and Heavy Metal Statement of Compliance.

All materials are FDA approved by the Food & Drug Administration and are certified in the attached statements. The pigments contain no heavy materials and the inks used to decorate do not contain any harmful products listed under Prof 65 and no special labeling or statements are required.

Our policy is that our items are not specifically designed for children; however, all FDA compliances are consistent with providing a safe product for all people of any age.

All products are manufactured and decorated in the United States out of prime materials which contain no BPA, Cadmium or lead.
